there’s cracks in the windows and weeds in the floors blistered magnolia covers the walls hiding the beauty and guilt that it’s seen the shell of the house which should never have been all that we had, we lost all that we had, we lost all that we had, we have lost all that we had, we have lost we have lost the slate on the roof didn’t keep us all dry the cast iron grill obscuring the light then autumn came stripping the trees it was too late we could not leave all that we had, we lost all that we had, we lost all that we had, we have lost all that we had, we have lost we have lost

about

We wanted to release some tracks which were well recorded and captured 'us' more than we had previously managed. We decided that to get something out quickly, a two track 'single' would be a good idea, made up of two tracks which won't make it onto our next EP/mini album.

The single starts with hail, which started bucketing down minutes after we had finished recording, so we stuck a mic out the window, and there it is.

We hope you enjoy, pass our music on and spread it around
